CONTRACT SIGNED! CPCS WILL PROVIDE TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICES FOR THE AERO BUSINESS CLUSTER OF CABO VERDE

The Government of Cabo Verde has initiated a privatisation and PPP program for state owned enterprises. This includes the implementation of reforms in the aero business cluster – a gateway to the country’s tourism industry – to increase the quality and efficiency of the air transport systems, facilitate the development of the sector and attract investors and strategic partners. CPCS has been contracted to provide transaction advisory services for the aero business cluster to assist the Government (i) to prepare an asset and business valuation of the Aeroportos Seguranca Aera (ASA), and (ii) for the sub-concession of airports and concession of free trade zones (FTZ) and entertainment zones in the country.
